Why? She is a B.P.O.E because she has heightened the bar for women comedians.

Why? He is a B.P.O.E because he has fought the ignorance of America in the quest to better America.

Why? He is a B.P.O.E because he is a black, Jewish, Canadian, rapper, and he was on Degrassi.

Why? He is a B.P.O.E because he created the television.

10. Mariano Rivera
Why? He is a B.P.O.E because he is the best closing pitcher in baseball, and because he does numerous charitable projects in his home country of Panama.
